Her career in Human Resources spans over 22 years during which time she was the Global Practice Leader for Employee Engagement and HR at EIH Limited (Oberoi Hotels & Resorts); the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for the India Today Group; the Chief People Officer for Zee Media Corporation.
